1. Processing Times
  • In-Stock Items: Processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Italian holidays).
  • Collection Drops & Pre-Orders: Processing may take 2–4 weeks as items are made to order. Please check the specific product page for details before buying.
2. Shipping Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide using premium express couriers.
  • Italy (Domestic): 1 – 3 Business Days
  • Europe (EU Zones): 3 – 5 Business Days
  • Rest of the World: 5 – 10 Business Days
    (Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your exact location).
3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders outside the European Union may face local customs fees and import duties upon arrival. The buyer is 100% responsible for paying these local fees. If you refuse a package due to import taxes, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
4. Lost, Stolen & Unclaimed Packages
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the address once your item is handed over to the courier.
  • Once a package is scanned by the courier as "Delivered," Kevin Nelson is no longer legally responsible for stolen or missing items. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact the courier immediately.
