Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item/size, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get the size or style you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item on our storefront.

For all merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our standard return conditions (unworn, original tags, original packaging).

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account.
